Teacher, Coach, Middle School Athletic Director- Medina City Schools 30 years, Elyria City Schools - 6 years. Education : Mayfield High School - 1968, varsity wrestling team. Otterbein College - 1972- BA degree: History and Government, varsity wrestling team. John Carroll University - 1984 - MA degree: Eastern European and Russian Studies. Elyria High School wrestling team -State Championship team, Assistant Coach Elyria West High School wrestling team - 2 years, freshman and jr. high Head Coach- Elyria Jefferson Junior High wrestling team - 6 years. Medina High School varsity wrestling team assistant coach - 14 years (1978-1995) Root Middle School assistant wrestling coach - 7 years.
Tim   Flanagan
Assistant Coach
Tim began his coaching career at Trinity High School in 1977, one year as assistant, followed by twelve years as head coach. Tim coached Trinity to a school high fifth in the state in 86-87, that same year was named AA coach of the year. Inducted into Trinity High School's coaching hall of fame in 2000. Served two years as assistant at Padua High School, followed by nine years as Medina High School freshman coach. Tim and his wife have three children and two grandchildren with a third on the way!
